How to use.
Who's at the summit, who we've talked to, and who to talk to, chase or forget. Shared live between K, Sa and Ry. Takes two minutes to learn.

Put it on your phone
- Open tracker.nqub.com.
- iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen. Android: ⋮ → Add to Home screen.
- Tap your initials (K Sa Ry), enter the team passcode, Open. You stay signed in.

Find someone
- Search by name, title or company.
- Filters: 2026 shows only who's attending, All adds 2025-only companies. Narrow by Status, Owner or Ranking tier, or sort by Ranking, Registered or Latest note.
- Tap a card to open the institution: people attending, notes, the target ranking and the wishlist notes.

After you talk to someone
- Tap Talked to next to the person. It turns ✓ Talked to and everyone sees your initials on it.
- Add a note: what you talked about, next step. Pick the person under "About the institution" if it's about them.
- Set the Status: Talk to Chase Forget, and the Owner: who follows up. Tap the active one again to clear it.

Has anyone already talked to them?
- People tab: "Talked to · K, Ry" shows who did. People already talked to are listed first.
- Notes tab: everyone's notes, newest first.
- Changes from the others show up within about 20 seconds.

Someone not on the list
- Inside an institution: fill in Name and Title, + Add person.
- New company: + Add institution above the cards.

Bad Wi-Fi
- Keep working. The top right shows "1 unsent"; it sends when you're back online.
- Don't sign out while something is unsent.

After the show
- Your follow-ups: Filters → Status Chase, Owner = you.
- Export JSON (bottom of the page) saves a copy of everything to share. Import JSON merges someone's copy back in.
